DAY ONE: * Meeting with client to discuss the search position(s) in depth. DAY TWO: * Job specification prepared for client's approval. WEEKS I and 2: * Research begins. * Targets identified. * Research resources employed. * Data banks searched for candidates and other target companies. * Advertisements are run. * Preliminary phone calls to prospects begin. * Research continues. WEEKS 3 and 4: * In-depth candidate interviews conducted, with a complete report prepared. WEEKS 5 to 6: * Complete profiles, references, interview results and relative strength of each candidate presented to client. Interviews with client scheduled. WEEKS 7 to 12: * Candidate interviews with client. * References and credentials of finalists checked. * Recommend and assist with salary, bonus, benefits, relocation expenses and other terms of the offer, if requested. WEEK 12: * Target for search completion.
