FEE STRUCTURE

 

Consistent with the standards of the executive search profession, our professional fee is one third of the estimated first year's total cash compensation. The fee will be divided into three equal installments.  The initial retainer, or first professional service fee is due at the start of the search and the remaining two professional fees will be billed in thirty and sixty days, respectively.

 

Research, administrative, telephone, incidental and Atlanta area travel expenses will be paid from professional fees and will not be billed to the client. Expenses for travel outside the Atlanta area and other appropriate expenses, must be approved by the client in advance.

 

Search will be conducted for executives expected to be hired for total cash compensation packages exceeding $60,000 per year.
