EXCLUSIVE GUARANTEES

 

Rust & Associates, Inc. will guarantee the date each search will be successfully completed, and in the event it is not completed by that date, all fees paid, with the exception of outside research and other pre-approved expenses, may be refunded upon the client's request.

 

If the employment of a Rust & Associates, Inc. placed executive is terminated (voluntarily or involuntary) within the first two years of employment, Rust will at the client's option, re-conduct the search for outside research expenses only.

 

One of the goals of Rust & Associates, Inc. is maintaining long term client relationships, therefore current clients will never be a source of candidates for another client's search. Additionally, a former client's organization will not be a source of candidates for two years following the completion of the last search. Executives hired as the result of a Rust search will not be a candidate for another client's search during the lifetime of that employment.
